Day 2 Post
Note: This is from a series of trip reports from my January 2010 Tokyo Trip. They are random musings about whatever seems interesting for that day.
I awoke early on day 2 and went to the fish market. I never even thought to bring out my camera until I was well away from the inner market this time. There was obvious hostility towards tourists now. There were tourists there being told to leave the area and it was a little sad to see this.
Luckily, I went to buy some dried fish and to enjoy breakfast. I’ve got plenty of shots of the market and I didn’t really have a compelling need to add to them.
First, I bought some very nice dried fish.

Next, I went to Sushi Sen and had my usual maguro set.

Finally, I enjoyed my favorite ramen shop and had a bowl of shoyu ramen.
